Double Century on Ranji Trophy Debut

Vijay Zol scored 200* on his Ranji Trophy Debut for Maharashtra vs Tripura at MCA Stadium, Pune. He is the 8th player to score a Double Century on Ranji Trophy Debut.
Also at age of 18 years and 340 days he is the 7th youngest to score a Double Century in Ranji Trophy.

# George Abell was an England born player. He scored only 1 run in his Debut First Class Inning.

# Abell & Budhi Kunderan is the only Wicket Keeper among the above players

# Except Abell, Kunderan and Zol, all others were making their First Class Debut too.

# Budhi Kunderan played 5 First Class Matches, including 3 for India, before making his Ranji Trophy Debut and scoring the double ton on debut. Vivek Razdan and Parthiv Patel are the only 2 other players to play Test Cricket before India before making the debut in Ranji Trophy.
