# Kumar Duleepsinhji scored 333 for Sussex vs Northamptonshire in 1930. He
was born in India, but played Cricket for England. His knock is not included in
the above list.
# Vijay Hazare’s 309 resulted in a loss by an inning for his
team. It is the only triple century by an Indian in a lost FC match. And it is
the only inning in FC history which resulted in an innings defeat for the team.
There have been 5 other triple centuries which resulted in defeats – 343* PA
Perrin (1904), 338* RC Blunt (1931/32), 319 RR Rossouw (2009/10), 312 JER
Gallian (1996) and 301* PG Fulton (2002/03).
# Vijay Hazare scored 309 out of the 387 runs aggregated by
his team, which is 79.85 % of the team’s runs.
# Imtiaz Ahmed’s 300* and Vijay Hazare’s 309 were while following
on.Only other 2 triple centuries while following on in FC are 344 by
WG Grace in 1876 (It was the first ever 300 in FC) and 337 by Hanif Mohammad in 1957/58 (Test)
# Imtiaz Ahmed is the only Wicketkeeper Batsman to
score a Triple Century in FC amonng Indians.
# Bhausaheb Nimbalkar's 443* is still the only

Pujara’s 352 were in the second inning of their teams. Other 6 Cricketers to score a Triple Century
in Second inning are – Bradman (452*), WG Grace (344), RC Blunt (338*), Hanif
Mohammad (337), Mal Loye (322*) and Clyde Walcott (314*).
# A Kripal Singh’s 302* was scored while batting at No.7. It
is the lowest batting position where an Indian has scored a Triple Century in
FC. Also
it is the highest score by a No.7 in First Class Cricket history.
# W Raman's 313 and Kripal Singh's 302* were in
the same inning.
# 850 runs were scored while MV Sridhar was at the wicket.
It is the record in First Class History. Only others to be at crease for 800+

80 runs among those 302 (26.49%). It is the lowest boundaries share among all
the triple centuries by Indians in FC. Next lowest is Dinesh Mongia's 308* which
consisted of 15 Fours and 5 Sixes - 90 runs (29.22 %)
# Virender Sehwag is the only Indian to score a
300 in Test Cricket - He scored two.
# Virender Sehwag is also the only Indian to
score a 300 in First Class Cricket outside India (309 at Multan).
